PebblePad restricts access to a user's account to only include those items made available by the user to the institution (through ATLAS). All work submitted for assessment can be accessed and all feedback, grades etc can be viewed (subject to workspace permissions).

Typically, all of the information required on an ongoing basis by the institution is collated in an overarching portfolio maintained by the user and shared to ATLAS.
