When will the new Help Hub be available to PebblePad users?
The new Help Hub will go live alongside the end of June 2025 PebblePad release. This will include in platform links to the Help Hub and removal of older Help functionality.
Will the old In-depth Help still be available after June 2025?
Yes, the old In-depth Help will still be available via the existing Help URL and any links to the old Help will continue to work. This will allow for a period of transition during which you can update your resources with links to the new Help Hub. In platform links to Help will point to the new Help Hub from the end of June 2025.
How long will the old In-depth Help be available for?
The existing In-depth Help will continue to be accessible via the URL until the end of 2025.
Is the new Help Hub just a refreshed version of the existing In-depth Help?
No, the new Help Hub is presenting the Help in a completely new way. It is based on personas (roles) to ensure that the help is targetted to the needs of the user. Help Hub provides help for Learners, Resource Builders, Assessors, ATLAS Administrators, Externals, and Global Administrators. The Help is presented in many short articles on different topics relevant to these roles so that you can simplify your own Help resources by linking to the relevant articles. When we update our Help, your Help will also be updated.
