Yes. Templates and workbooks designed around University/program/course level competencies an be created in Pebble+, shared as resources with students via ATLAS  workspaces, and completed by students and saved as assets in their asset stores and submitted back to an ATLAS workspace for assessment. Using the reporting feature in ATLAS, and using faculty designed rubrics, instructors can easily identify student progress and achievement against these competency and export reports for additional analysis.
