If the account was manually created in the PebblePad Administration portal (or via our API) and the account doesn't appear greyed out when edited then a password can be set on the account. This password is separate to the AD account password and is not synchronised. Having two passwords on the account will allow the user to log in via the I have a guest account option using their PebblePad password or via the I have an IT account option using their institution password.
Is it possible for a student with an AD account to reset/set a static password, allowing them to enter via "guest/external account" and a password which is not synchronised with AD or SSO logins?
