The reason for this is that in order to use PebblePocket the user must first link the app with their PebblePad account.

When used in conjunction with a LMS there is no way to control the authentication flow back to PebblePad once the user has been authenticated which means that the user remains in the LMS after authentication has taken place and they are not redirect back to PebblePad to complete the linking process.
