There are different approaches to achieving this depending upon the learning design principles in play.  For example, in ATLAS, using the copy feature, instructors or workspace administrators can compile samples of student work for programmatic assessment against University/program/course level competencies or learning outcomes, etc.  Alternatively, the instructor can create an overarching 'progression' portfolio template (a workbook in PebblePad) containing tasks, milestones and core capabilities - the intention being that students take responsibility for compiling this evidence from a  range of sources over time.
