Each institution is allocated a dedicated Implementation Specialist employed by PebblePad. This person is part of a larger territorial team - and part of the international team of PebblePad 'consultants'. Regular meetings take place to identify successes, issues and future development ideas (as well as discussing strategic institutional developments and the potential of PebblePad to support said initiatives). Customers are often asked to contribute to major PebblePad initiatives, and are invited to all regional and international community events.
