Any items in PebblePad can be tagged to aid searching, organising and aggregation. A simple keyword search option is available within a user's personal store with advanced options included for fine tuning when required. The advanced options include Asset type, ownership, date and tags.

The tagging function in PebblePad allows for organisationally defined tags distributed to all users and user defined tags to support personal custom tagging. Tags can be used to create Collection pages within a portfolio. A Collection is a page that is automatically populated based on defined criteria, for example any item a user tags as CPD.
