Users can choose from a range of sharing options for every item in their Store. These include shared with other individuals or groups (both internal and external stakeholders, with or without PebblePad accounts), shared for assessment (with ATLAS or external assessors), shared with the web but not available to search engines, and fully public - shared with the web and available to search engines.  

In addition users can choose to time limit the access to a specific date.
