YES!  There are two Action Plan templates that come with Pebble+ under PebblePad templates in Resources.  You can use these to develop action plans for any activity.  If you don''t like the elements (or questions) in the default action plans or you need to include some additional or different ones, you can use the Template Builder to create your own Action Plan template(s).  You can either start from scratch using the Template Builder (accessed from the Burger menu under Get creative) or you can copy the default Action Plan or Smart Action Plan (find it under PebblePad templates in your Resource Store, select it by clicking on the icon and then go to I want to... > Copy) and edit it to make the changes you want to make.
