Difficulties can arise when the 'owner' of a PebblePad resource that has been distributed to students via ATLAS leaves the institution or is unavailable for a period of time.  The original resource cannot be accessed by anyone else if edits are required or if it needs to be available for a new cohort.  Many institutions have introduced generic 'Resource Accounts' as a way of ensuring that distributed resources can be accessed and managed by others.  The following tipsheet provides an overview of this approach and outlines the pros and cons and tips for best practice.
