Help is available within PebblePad in a number of places:
- The Learning Centre
- In Context Help
- In-depth Help
1. THE LEARNING CENTRE
On the Pebble+ Home Page you will find a link to the Learning Centre. It can also be accessed via the Burger Menu (the dropdown menu in the top left corner of the PebblePad toolbar).
The Learning Centre contains a series of short help videos to introduce you to the Pebble+ interface and some of the basic functionality. You will also find Help for some of the common activities that learners do in PebblePad, such as reflecting, planning, blogging, and collaboration.
2. IN CONTEXT HELP
Many of the tools within Pebble+ have Help associated with them that can be accessed via a blue Help button in the bottom right corner of the page. Clicking this button opens a series of short animations that introduce you to the core functionality of the tool that you are using.
3. IN-DEPTH PEBBLEPAD HELP
Comprehensive Online Help can be accessed from within Pebble+ via the Burger Menu > Help and support > In-depth help ....
.... and by clicking on the question mark in the top right of the toolbar in ATLAS.
The Help can also be accessed outside of PebblePad via the following URL: https://help.pebblepad.com/helpfile.aspx.
The Help includes detailed sections on Pebble+ and ATLAS, 'How to ....' guides written around common teaching, learning and assessment scenarios using PebblePad, and FAQs.
Under the Custom tab you can select any one or more of the Help pages and create a PDF from them so that they can be distributed to your students.
You can also use the link icon (paperclip) in the top toolbar of any page to access the page specific URL for inclusion in digital materials. Any page can also be printed or downloaded to pdf from the top toolbar.
NOTE: The Help is, and always will be, a work in progress so please do let us know if you come across any errors, things that are out of date, things that are missing, etc. You can send any Help feedback to alison@pebblepad.com.au.
